I have a wall of work up at Acme #1 in the produce section.  It went up for the new grand re-opening of Acme #1.  Thank you Steve and Sophie Albrecht from Acme for choosing my work to be displayed and Thank you Meg from Harris Stanton Gallery for promoting my work.  The wall looks fantastic.  The colors of the produce and the colors of the paintings play off of one another and create a really exciting environment.

This piece went to Kutztown PA for Salon of Small Works Invitational.  The colors are what have me asking questions here. I couldn't tell you why I chose this color palette.  Every section of the painting I picked colors separately without thinking of the rest of the painting or if it would work or not. The sky is copper.  The roof is silver. The driveway is silver on top of a greyish underpainting showing through. Surprisingly enough though it gives a certain mood that actually works.  The trim echoes the sky and grass, and the driveway echoes the house. At first I didn't like it but seeing it from distance changed my mind.
