The most recent battle with my art is lack of time.  I am frustrated pretty badly because I am overwhelmed with ideas to place on paper or canvas.  I can't possibly paint all of them so I transfer my ideas into notes and sketchbooks to clear my head so that I can get to them at a later time and to make room for new ideas.  This painting is at Harris Stanton Gallery for the Art-ini Auction through Sep. 23 with a vodka tasting closing reception

The horse farm:  The shadows create large minimal shapes.  It loses itself as a photograph and becomes abstract.
